Preparation of Catalysts

Canan regards the production and processing technology of catalysts as the core technology and know-how of the enterprise.

Whether it is a single active metal, metal salt or precursor, or a mixed metals, highly dispersed and uniform co-precipitation, eutectic growth, solvent removal, removal of impurity ions, drying or sintering are required, the carrier catalyst or homogeneous catalyst suitable for different technical types can be produced and prepared in Canan.

At present, Canan has two production bases, one is located in Hangzhou and the other is located in Cixi, Ningbo.

At present, the production capacity has been formed mainly:
 

  • ►Precious metal carriers, non-precious metal carriers 1585 tons/year;
  • ►Environmental protection catalyst 1300 tons/year and equipment engineering services;
  • ►Recycling and refining of spent catalyst 2300 tons/year;
  • ► R & D and fabrication workshops for ligands, homogeneous catalysts.
