The performance consistency and stablity of catalysts and the accurate grasp of precious metal content all determine that we have completed the whole supply chain and production process under strict conditions.
We strictly control the quality of raw materials and its suppliers entrance, the accuracy of measurement to below gram level, and the process control cannot allow any loss. Re-inspection, original primary documents, various handover orders, and as for transportation documents and receipt and delivery confirmation links, these are inseparable from the standardized management and staff training.
For the user, the focus is on performance and stability.
For us, as the manfacturer, all kinds of indexes and analysis of central control will be more comprehensive, such as particle size distribution (PSD), Attrition and Abrasion, Specific Surface Area test, SEM electron microscope, content analysis from national standard titration gravimetric method vs Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometer (ICPS) re-inspection and other items that make us feel assured and well guaranteed.
