What are the main considerations when drying hydrogenation catalyst

Classification:

【Summary】What are the main considerations when drying hydrogenation catalysts? Let us tell you! 1. In order to release the water in the catalyst at a lower temperature, the pressure of the reaction system in the catalyst drying stage should be maintained at 1.5 MPa; 2. Under the condition that the compressor can reach, the gas agent ratio should be as large as possible, the temperature wave of the reaction bed layer advances quickly, the temperature distribution is uniform, and the water in the catalyst is removed quickly.

What are the main considerations when drying hydrogenation catalysts? Let us tell you!

1. In order to release the water in the catalyst at a lower temperature, the pressure of the reaction system in the catalyst drying stage should be maintained at 1.5 MPa;

2. Under the condition that the compressor can reach, the gas agent ratio should be as large as possible, the temperature wave of the reaction bed layer advances quickly, the temperature distribution is uniform, and the water in the catalyst is removed quickly.

3. Special personnel shall be assigned to weigh and record the dewatering amount during the heating and constant temperature stages;

4, the heating speed can not be too fast, at 250 ℃ constant temperature stage time is not less than 6h;

5. When the bed temperature is higher than the hydrogen inlet temperature given by the catalyst supplier, hydrogen cannot be introduced.

6. When no water is released from the high-pressure separator and the water content in the circulating gas remains unchanged, the catalyst can be considered to be dried, otherwise the constant temperature time of the catalyst can be appropriately prolonged.
