The performance consistency, stability of catalysts, very accurate precious metal assay content all demand that supply chain management relative d as well standard of procedures (SOPs) have to be arranged and done under more strict conditions.
We strictly control the quality of raw materials and new suppliers entrance, the accuracy of measurement to below gram level, and the process control cannot allow any loss. Re-inspection, original primary documents, various hand-over orders, and as for transportation documents and receipt and delivery confirmation links, these are inseparable from the standardized management and staff training.
For the user, the focus is on performance and stability.
For us, as the manufacturer, all kinds of parameters/characteristics and analysis of in- processing will be more comprehensive, such as particle size distribution (PSD), Attrition and Abrasion, Specific Surface Area test,(BET method) , SEM electron microscope, content analysis from national standard titration gravimetric method vs Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometer (ICPS) re-inspection and other items that make us feel assured and well guaranteed.
