Introduction to RCO Technology
Regenerative catalytic oxidation (RCO) technology is a new type of modern advanced organic waste gas treatment technology developed on the basis of catalytic oxidation (CO) and drawing on the energy recovery system of regenerative thermal oxidation (RTO). This technology utilizes the basic principle that the energy required for the oxidation reaction of organic matter in contact with the catalyst surface is much smaller than the energy required for direct oxidation, and the working temperature of the organic waste gas treatment equipment is reduced from 800 ℃ to about 350 ℃, or even a larger temperature At the same time, the uniquely designed high-efficiency advanced heat exchange system ensures the effective recovery of combustion heat.
