Product Details
Catalytic wet air oxidation (Catalytic Air Wet Oxidization: CWAO) is an effective means to treat high concentration organic wastewater,Under a certain temperature and pressure (200~280 ℃,2~8 MPa), under the action of catalyst, the organic matter in the wastewater is oxidized by oxygen in the air and mineralized into CO2 and H2O. Our company's ruthenium-based catalyst has high-efficiency catalytic treatment capacity, has a treatment efficiency of ≥ 90% for COD in water, and has good ammonia nitrogen treatment capacity. The service life can reach more than 3 to 5 years according to the working conditions.
Wet catalytic oxidation and traditional wet oxidation without catalyst (air or oxygen method) have the following characteristics:
- Can significantly reduce the temperature and pressure required for the reaction, TOC total organic carbon or COD.CrUnder the action of the catalyst, the decomposition or mineralization is more complete, so that the COD of the treated wastewater can be increased to a higher limit value condition, so that some salt-containing wastewater has the possibility of, for example, evaporation recovery of salt, or resource utilization;
- Saving the investment of wet oxidation equipment, such as high-temperature materials in the wall thickness and strength, material selection is more diversified; Optimize the feasibility of wet oxidation technology in commercial investment;
- Effectively reduce operating costs, especially in the treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater.
